Information we collect

The Start the Conversation buttons on this site open Benton Pittman’s contact form on eXp Realty’s website. When you complete it, we receive the details you enter: your email address, your cell phone number, your message, and whether you consented to receive communications. That form is operated by eXp Realty, and its own terms and privacy policy also apply to what you submit there. Like most websites, this site’s hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, to provide the real estate services you ask about, to keep records required of licensees and our brokerage, and to improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.
